Good for the Money
“The best way to avoid unpaid invoices, is to not issue them in the first place.”

Building a Network
of Suppliers
GFTM (Good For the Money) is a free online platform, designed to protect users from bad debt by using an organisation’s most valuable asset: data.
GFTM allows users to share customers’ payment data in real time, whilst at the same time keeping information confidential for each user: if one supplier experiences a drop in payment performance, all users are alerted.
Now you can get real time warnings and overview from other suppliers, whilst keeping your identify and sales data confidential.
Works with Cloud Accounting
GFTM is a free service which works with all major cloud accounting platforms, and can have data uploaded by csv file. We will shortly be able to be compatible with SAP and Sage desktop products.
Once your accounting system is linked, we can quickly identify your customers via their Company Numbers or their partnership or sole trader details.
Our platform syncs automatically daily with your accounting software meaning that you will be kept up to date on a daily basis.
Once the system is set up the platform will run, and you do not have to do anything more.
Data Analysis & Machine Learning
The platform can analyse payment data of other suppliers as well as your own and look for trends and patterns to help better determine when payments to you may be made. You will get a better insight into your relationship with the customer, whilst your commercial data is kept confidential.
Where we have cause for concern over the payment performance of a customer, this will be pointed out to you.

Credit Checking
We provide a free credit checking service from Red Flag on all your customers. You will have access to the full Companies House data held, as well as live CCJ information.
Automated Debt Chasing
GFTM uses all available data to tailor specific debt chasing emails. Using past invoice and payment history, data from Red Flag and recent interactions with the client, debt chasing emails will be written specifically for debtors to reflect your relationship with the client. Clients can set up (pre-authorised) payment plans, communicate any issues and you will be informed as and when these happen.
